Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are based on the weight, number of boxes and distance using UPS realtime.
Shipping costs are based on your total order amount before sales tax and promotional discounts are applied.
All domestic orders are shipped with UPS.   We use UPS delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.  If you prefer other shipping methods, please contact us.
For International orders, we use USPS.  The receiver will be responsible for any/all taxes and customs duties.  
International Shipping charges:
$0 - 100: $25.00
$100 - 300: $30.00
$300 - 500: $35.00
$500 - 700: $40.00
$700 - 1,000: $45.00

Anais & I is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
 
Privacy & Security

We use your telephone number only if there is an order-related issue, not for marketing purposes. We also use your email address to send you our Newsletter, special offers, promotional announcements, and surveys. Occasionally, we send our customers special offers and promotional information via postal mail, using the shipping address provided. If you no longer want to receive the announcements or postal mail, you can email us at contact@anaisandi.com and request that you be removed from our mailing list.

In order to ship and track merchandise, we make your name and address available to such companies as UPS. In no instance, do we allow UPS or any such company to use your personal information for any other purpose.

We provide analyses of our users in the aggregate to our marketing agencies and prospective marketing firms. We do this so that we and our marketing agencies can understand you better, and so we can keep bringing you the latest and most current fashions and fashion accessories. At no time, however, will we disclose personal information about specific users.

To safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorized access or improper use, we have implemented technology and security features, as well as strict internal guidelines. We will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technology becomes available.

Returns & Replacements
RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGE ONLY.  Returns must be made within 14 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions.  Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.  Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us.  Once we have received your return we will process store credit/exchange within 2 business days.
Returnable Items. At Anais & I, we hand pick all our products and want to make sure that you are happy with our purchase.  We accept ONLY full priced DAMANGED ITEMS.  It may be returned if they are in new, saleable condition i.e. HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED and have all the original tags attached. We will not accept returns that have not met these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items. All sale items, bathing suits, undergarments, and all Anais & I ETC are FINAL SALES. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. We strongly encourage you to contact a customer service representative with questions pertaining to a final sale item before purchasing. Please note that all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Shipping A Return Or Exchange To make a return or exchange, please send the item you wish to return in a securely sealed package. Returns or exchanges should be sent pre-paid and insured. Please include a copy of your original invoice with a reason and instructions for the return/exchange.

Please note: Anais & I is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. Also, we maintain the right to refuse credit of any return or exchange that does not comply with our return policy. Please review the policy or contact customer service with any questions prior to shipping a return or exchange.

Credit Memo has two year expiration.

Refunds Once Anais & I has received your return, we will credit the original credit card account within 5-7 business days.

Ordering

Anais & I is owned and operated by Anais & I Inc.  Use of this site signifies agreement of the following terms of use.  This site may be used solely for the purpose of shopping.  You may not republish, copy, transmit or otherwise transfer any images, logos, photos, graphics, trademarks, copyrights or information in any private or commercial purpose.  You may not harm or affect the functionality of this site.  Anais & I reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice.

Processing Orders Orders placed Moonday - Friday before 3 PM EST (excluding holidays) will ship within 2-3 business days pending availability and credit verification.  All orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.  We are in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues.

Modifying Orders Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. However, you can exchange any portion of your purchase. Please review our return policy for further guidance.

Out of Stock Items We make every effort to maintain a current inventory of items online. Occasionally, however, items listed may be out of stock. If an item you requested is out of stock, we will notify you via email and promptly update your order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Anais & I accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  You will receive the order detail via e-mail after you place the order.  You will receive another email "Merchant Email Receipt" After you submit your credit card information.  We will process online order after we receive all the information. 
Anais & I uses MagentoGo as website platform and due to their system it charges sales tax under $50.  Any order below $50 that got charged will be credit back to account immediately.
